Delete Your TWOOAK Account

TWOOAK users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account from the TWOOAK app

1. Sign in to the TWOOAK app.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps to submit your deletion request.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you are unable to access the TWOOAK app, contact us at hello@twooak.com to request account deletion. Please contact us using the phone number or email address associated with your TWOOAK account so that we can verify your request.

Data deletion

When your account is deleted, personal data associated with your TWOOAK account will be deleted or anonymised where applicable. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business obligations. Any retained information will be kept only for the applicable retention period.
