How it works
Subscribe and try your first 10 pairs of Basis or Halo lenses for just $15 (shipping included). You have 20 days to decide if they're right for you, and you're in full control of your subscription. Edit, pause, or cancel anytime.

Prefer to try in person?
Visit The Studio for an eye test, which comes with free trial pairs. No purchase is required, just a booking. Find the right one for you here.
Free for regular contact lens wearers and returning customers. We just need 20 minutes of your time.
First-time or inexperienced contact lens users are charged a $30 fee upon completion of the eye test and lens handling session.
Visiting for an Eyetest
Contact lenses aren't one-size-fits-all — your eyes are unique. We recommend all new users visit us for a complimentary fitting session (around 20 minutes) so our optometrists can confirm our lenses are a good match for you. If they're not, we'll be upfront about it and point you in the right direction.
Existing TWOOAK user?
We recommend visiting twice a year (in line with MOH guidelines) to update your prescription, check your lens fit, and make sure your eyes are in good health. If you haven't tried our newer products, book an appointment with us and get free trial pairs.
First-time contact lens wearer?
A fitting and lens handling tutorial is essential before you get started. Our optometrists will walk you through everything, from whether contacts are right for you, to how to put them in safely. Sessions take about 40 minutes and a $30 fee applies upon completion.
Please arrive on time — appointments will be cancelled after a 10-minute no-show.

Orders & Shipping
Subscriptions come with free shipping. One-time orders are charged a flat $5 shipping fee.
Singapore
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and delivered within 5–7 business days. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays — orders placed around these days may experience slight delays.
Rest of the World
We ship outside Singapore too. Visit global.twooak.com to find out more.

Your paid subscription begins 20 days after that and renews every 4, 8, or 12 weeks depending on your chosen frequency.
We accept returns on unopened, sealed boxes within 15 days of delivery.
As contact lenses are medical products, we're unable to offer refunds on opened boxes.
If you'd like to cancel an order, please note that a $5 cancellation fee applies (charged by our payment gateway).

Our team will process it and ship it out to you.
If you need lenses immediately, we recommend visiting The Studio for an in-store purchase so you can take them home on the spot. In-store purchases require a prescription on file — if you haven't seen us before, book an eye test appointment first.
My Account & Subscription
Log in to your customer portal and click "Reschedule" on your upcoming order. You can delay your shipment by a few weeks or set a specific date.
Log in to your customer portal and click "Manage Subscriptions."
From there you can change your next delivery date, adjust your order frequency, update your personal or payment details, or cancel your subscription.
Log in to your account and go to "Address & Payment Details" to update your shipping address or payment method.
Log in to your customer portal to view and skip any scheduled upcoming orders.
Log in to your customer portal > View your next order > Reactivate.
Log in to your customer portal > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.

Advocate locations are a grassroots network of businesses and individuals who have volunteered to host drop-off points for recycling used contact lens blisters.

We accept blisters from any brand! Just make sure that they're clean and the sticker foils have been removed. Simply drop them off at any of our Advocate locations.
