How long can I wear the Basis+ lenses daily?
Most users find Basis+ lenses comfortable for 8–10 hours, with 1–2 rest days per week. That said, everyone's eyes are different — wear time can vary based on your eye condition, environment, and lens fit. Follow your optometrist's guidance for the best experience.
Will these lenses dry or irritate?
When properly fitted, our hydrogel material with 55% water content keeps your eyes feeling fresh throughout the day. Most users don't need additional eye drops. If you do experience persistent dryness or discomfort, we recommend popping in to see our optometrists for personalised advice.
What makes Basis+ better than Basis?

Can I still buy the old Basis?
The current Basis range will be retired as we transition to Basis+, which offers the same convenience and affordability with improved quality.
